New Italian Cafe opened up this week in Augustine St. Il Vicolo (The Lane) serving real Italian coffee and authentic Italian pastas, salads and other tasty treats. Staunton Media will be providing the playlists to soundtrack the vibe.
All this weekend Il Vicolo will be serving Italian Coffees for just 99c, if you tell them Cormac sent you.

One of Ireland's best know comedians is town on September 18th at NUI Galway's O'Flaherty Theatre. Tickets are €10/12 and available from the Student's Union. Padraig and I will be engineering sound for the evening.
Every now and then we do a bit of work for 'charridy' mate, and the Samaritans, well they're one of the best charity organizations out there. So here's the video we put together of their Flash Mob on the streets of Galway ... Not looking for money, just raising awareness.
Please do pass on, you never know who needs the Samaritans most.
After a lot of filming and recording over the last few weeks, we now have to edit and produce it all ... over 100GB's worth!
This week we get to deal with the UN in New York, and from Hollywood, our own Gabriel Byrne will be in the house. He will be one of the guest speakers at the Theatre Forum at NUI Galway's Bailey Allen Hall on Thursday and Friday of this week.
